COMMON COLD

Runny nose, Hurting throat, Dull headache, warm body yes you have guessed it right, its common cold.
This cold is so common that every one has had it many times.

CAUSES

  • Infection virus or bacteria
  • Transmission from one another
  • Poor immunity
  • Malnutrition
  • Lack of sleep etc

KIDS AND COMMON COLD

Kids may get it from play mates or day care, school. For kids it may take several days to get beeter.

SYMPTOMS

  • Sore throat
  • Jammed or irritation in throat
  • Sneezing
  • Runny or stuffy nose
  • Head ache
  • Earache in kids
  • Fever
  • Body ache etc

Try to avoid above causative factor. One should have adequate sleep and nutrition.
